- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights on the fraud solution’s features and functionalities.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to comprehend technical aspects and product enhancements, ensuring accurate representation in the documentation.
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly product documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, FAQs, and technical reference documents.
- Develop documentation tailored to different client versions, capturing specific customizations for each client’s unique requirements and configurations.
- Keep abreast of product updates and new feature releases, updating the documentation accordingly to reflect the latest changes and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the QA team to validate the accuracy and completeness of the documentation against the product’s actual behaviour.
- Implement version control and maintain separate documentation for each product version to ensure users access the appropriate and relevant information.
- Continuously improve and refine documentation templates, style guides, and best practices to enhance overall document clarity and consistency.
- Assist in organizing and managing a centralized repository for all product documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval by relevant stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on software products or solutions.
- Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape with some understanding of fraud solutions, enabling accurate and contextually relevant documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word and other collaboration platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving product requirements and timelines.
