RS Software Takes Center Stage at ICC VisionTech-Lead 2025

We are excited to share a proud milestone in our collective journey of innovation and impact. On July 12th 2025, RS Software participated as a sponsor at the prestigious ICC VisionTech-Lead event in Kolkata, organized as part of the 100-year celebration of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The event brought together a remarkable line-up of visionaries, industry leaders, and technology pioneers focused on unlocking the next era of India’s digital transformation.

A moment of particular pride for all of us was the felicitation of our Founder and Managing Director, Raj Jain, by the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Raj was also invited to deliver the opening address of the inaugural session. In his speech, he traced India’s incredible digital journey—from the launch of the Digital India mission in 2014 to the present day, where India commands almost 50% of global real-time transactions. Raj shared how RS Software has been instrumental in building India’s core digital payment infrastructure, including the UPI, BBPS, and National Fraud & Risk Management platform—all developed right here in Kolkata. This regional achievement, he emphasized, is a shining example of how Bengal is transforming India’s digital future.

His words struck a powerful chord: “Digital India cannot take a leadership role without a world-class digital payments infrastructure.” Raj’s message also highlighted the economic potential of India’s digital transformation, which could add over $1 trillion to the country’s GDP by 2030 and position India as the third-largest economy globally.

The event also saw Dr. Sumit Misra, our CTO and Head of Innovation, representing RS Software on a distinguished panel titled “The Quantum Leap: Unlocking the Next Era of Technology.” He contributed valuable perspectives on quantum computing and its relevance to the next wave of secure and intelligent digital payment solutions.
