The candidate should have
• 4-8 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
• Problem solving, meticulous and exceptional analytical thinking capability.
• Creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to be a fast learner in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with Office product suite like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.
• Experience in creating requirement specification.
• Familiarity with any requirement management tool e.g. JIRA, Trello etc.
• Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a concise manner.
